Sounds like a scam..

I have been using Torque Pro (OBD2 & Car) for android for years. I had to buy the app (cheap), and buy the Bluetooth adapter (not as cheap) they recommended, but the app is great!

I can read live customizable measurements on my phone screen. Check and clear codes.

I'd be concerned about the "Red Car's" link.
He/she doesn't appear to be familiar with the English language.
Reads like one of those Nigerian princes that wants help getting his uncles millions out of Africa!!!
