(this is also a reply to another thread)

i have the 92 sonona 2.5L with TBI..

list of new parts in last 6 months-
clutch, starter, exhaust manifold, fuel filter
coil, distributor cap and rotor, plugs and wires
ignition control module, fuel injector, intake air control valve
o2 sensor, coolant temp sensor

good battery, but at one time i did have an issue with the main ground not being reconnected to the engine block, instead it was connected to the frame (but that is no longer an issue)

my symptoms started with hard cold start and dying when hot
after all these parts the only issue i now have is hard cold start

when it is running it runs great

often it will fire right up,
it usually will start with a push start when it doesnt just fire up
but after cranking on it for a while it tends to not push start (flooding possibly?)

i thoroughly cleaned the air cleaner box with new gasket
i also clean the vacuum lines pretty good, no leaks

i am going to test the fuel pressure and compression next..

some possible solutions..

some say my oil pressure sensor can give a no start scenario when the sensor goes bad

a chance it could be my pick-up coil, but it runs good when running so doubt it

there is a chance my fuel relay might be acting up, but it primes well when key in turns on, and like i said it runs great when it is going..

so after all of this i am really frustrated and its turning into an expensive case of "throw new parts in"

any advice beyond this would be great..

Just found a small leak coming from my map. Testing out possible solution

Bad oil pressure gauge. Problem solve. I was gettin no fuel relay pulse at my injector

Hmm, still get a cold no start sometimes, resetting the ecu helps, but something is telling my fuel relay to not work but only sometimes.. I think I have am electrical problem

During a no start scenario I took my fuel relay off and tapped on it, then threw it back in.. it started right up, so I replaced that.. we will see if it does it
