2024 Acadia. In the 3rd row, the headrest will not pop up or retract properly. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes! Bought mine last of Aug. and 2 days later could not get 3rd row headrest to retract! Now I have a high priced car and can not even use the cargo area like I need! Keep telling me no fix has been issued yet. This has been an issue since 2017 or so if you google.
I've also had trouble with my dash. It's keeps coming loose down below the mirror area and they tell me a clip is bad! I can see the wiring when the clip pops loose! I'm very frustrated with this whole thing!

Same issue for me. Contacted GM today waiting to hear back on when the fix is coming. Bought mine in June the headrest issue started day 2.
