heat and ac issues

I have a 2004 Envoy xuv and I am having the worst time with getting my heat and ac vents to work right. I have replaced all 3 actuators on the driver side and all i have is defrost and vents working. Doesnt switch to floor and also wont switch to heat.

Its probably the control head if you have replaced all the actuators and it still isnt working correctly.
