Heater core for a 92 GMC Suburban?

Ok, i used to own a 1991 Chevy Suburban with a 350 engine in it that needed a new heater core and i never got around to putting the heater core into it before the transmission went bad and i ended up selling the rig. I just recently bought a 1992 GMC Suburban with a 454 engine3 in it and it needs a heater core to. Can a heater core for a 1991 Chevy Suburban with a 350 engine fit into a 1992 GMC Suburban with a 454 engine in it or am I going to have to get a new part?

Sorry my friend, GM changed the body design in 1992 so your heater core for the 1991 will not work for your 1992 model Suburban. You may get credit for your old heater core for the new one if you explain that you never used the core and need a new one for the right year. Good luck friend and don't forget the new thermostat since your working on the cooling system.
