Help deciphering alignment spec sheet - 99 Sierra 1500 4x4

I sure could use some help deciphering the specs on my 99 Sierra 1500 SLE 4x4.

The alignment place said it was as close as they could get to be within spec because of warn parts other than ball joints. At the time (2015), the ball joints were all great, since then a boot has slipped off, and it filled with crap, and it's warn and needs replacing.

Camber, Caster, Cross Camber, and Cross Castor are out of spec. What parts, beside ball joints, can cause that? My uneducated guess is the never-replaced suspension bushings... Am I right?

I've attached a jpg of the alignment spec sheet so maybe somebody can help me figure out what else, beside ball joints, I need to replace.

if wheel bearings are bad that will cause a problem
1999 I imagine there a lot of miles on them

They were replaced about 60k miles ago, and seem good still, but I'll double check them. Thanks!

if the bushing have never been replaced I would bet they need replaced
you should be able to see if they are bad (deteriorated rubber)
move the suspension up n down while watching the arm that is true the bushings
you should be able to see unwanted movement

I'm sure they need replaced, so I'm just going to do it. I'm now looking to see the difference in price between getting new rubber bushings & ball joints and replacing them, and getting new control arms with the bushings and better-than-stock ball joints already installed. When I get the torsion bar spring pressure released, I'll get in there and see if I can tell what all is wrong.
