Grrrrrr

This many people and not one person has had this problam or ha no idea what it be

Maybe try cleaning the throttle body out with carb cleaner.. An the mass air flow sensor with mass air sensor cleaner.. I've also seen people do a intake cleaning by slowly pouring sea foam into the throttle body while it's running... Don't do that in a garage though it makes lots of smoke out of the exhaust...

Start with the simple and inspect your EGR valve and the vacuum lines to it and the rest of the vacuum lines. Replace anything that looks damaged from carbon in the EGR and any vacuum lines that are cracked or to soft and the lines maybe collapsing under negative pressure...

Good luck and keep us posted..

Hi, New member here.

I read the same problem, same yr/model in another forum today. He had the OBD1 error code 35. He swapping tons of stuff and sprayed carburetor cleaner everywhere on vacuum hoses (a leaky vacuum hose sucks in the flammable cleaner and makes the engine rev up).

He finally looked inside the throttle body when cleaning it off and discovered the gasket was falling apart, actually sticking in the way of the injector!

Check that Throttle-Body Gasket. :-) Good luck!
