Hi everyone, I have helped swapped engines so have decent knowledge about it but is rather hit up the pros that could help me out...here's the deal...just gotta 1983 k1500 pickup and would like to rip out engine and throw in a 350. Now my question is, can I just get a 350 block and bolt everything from the 305 to it? If not what would I have to replace? Also I don't know if the engine stock is 2or 4 bolt main or 1 or 2 piece rear main seal. Do I need to worry about that at all if I am replacing entire block anyway? Last thing, is there certain block number 350's that'll fit or any basic 350 block will do? Like I said first lone project so I appreciate any help I can get, anything else I missed or need to know would be welcomed too. Thank you...
