Okay so I was getting into my truck which you know what it is by the title (I hope) and I was resting my hand right above where you honk your horn. As I went to take my hand down it just popped right off! Here is what my steering wheel is:

And here it is when it popped right out:

And after it came out I put it back in and the horn won't work anymore. I can't make it honk anymore. Long story short, can someone tell me how to fix this please?
P.S. Sorry about the bad quality, it is obviously dark out when I took them.
