how do i fix my 91 GMC sierra? when i get on it the engine shakes and it has no

power.? when im on the highway, the engine shakes if i get on it at 55. it stalled at a stop sign today. if it has been running and i turn it off, it's really hard to start for an hour. please help me, i cannot afford to junk this truck

I'd start with a fuel filter change and some throttle body cleaner for the throttle body.
