How do I hide the clock display?

I can’t figure out how I can hide the clock display on the right side of my infotainment display.

I just got this 2500HD Denali Ultimate and I’d like Waze to fill the whole screen, not just half. But I can’t figure out how to hide this clock.

Anyone know how or if I even can?

In the bar between the big part of the screen and the clock there is chevron (for some apps -- radio does not have this, googlemaps does)
If waze has it, swipe the chevron to the right and will take over the entire screen,
