My dad's late ninety's (98 I think) GMC Sierra came with a stock sub under the drivers seat. It's a solid piece of hard plastic with the MTX 10" sub and a small, built in amplifier on the side. The amp went out and I found the unit in my garage after he replaced it and decided if I couldn't fix the amp, I could at least salvage the sub. The only assembly was about 12 screws around the sub, but after I removed them it didn't lift out. any suggestions on how to remove it?
