How much would it cost to get the front two windows on a gmc envoy tinted?

I had this done first thing when I bought my envoy, they will use 20% tint and it cost me about $60. Here is the bad news, in NC it is darker than what is legally allowed and that makes it a PITA to get an inspection and sometimes leads to blue lights flickering in the rearview.

i got my windows and 6" stipe on the windhield and it cost me 120$ so you figure 60 for the windows and 60 for the stripe, up here in Ny its not a problem with inspection but cops can be a pain in the ass as far as tint being on the drivers window and they can issue a ticket.
