So I drove through an 8-12in puddle in my 2020 Sierra 1500 SLT (Not Lifted) at about 18ish mph, and I made it 30 yards or so before my engine shut down. Puddle was only about 10 yards too, a few other cars had to get towed out of it, I noticed later, while I was working on it in the parking lot, but I expect better from a truck, let alone a Chevy or GMC. I pulled off the whole intake system, and my Air Filter was soaked with a little bit of water getting past my airbox and into the box on the engine. Does anyone know how this happened or if an unlucky splash just made it into the natural aspiration hole? Waves were about the height of my truck, but I figured it could handle it. Thanks
