Have a question..Newbie to this forum. I have a 1999 K2500 burb(SLT). I have done a number of things like put a new a/c in new rotors and the other usual stuff. Getting ready to toss upper control arms with ball joints in(Assembly) and replace one lower ball joint. Well the vehicle has 145 on it. I redid the lifters and completely redid the gaskets on top(Manifolds)New plugs wires you folks know the deal. New a/c system etc. I have always used syn in it and it does not burn any oil and does not make any noise. Runs great just a gas Hog(LOL) but thats to be expected with a 7.4. Anyway getting down to it I am wanting to replace shocks when I do the front. Folks tell me the Monroe sensatrac are good ones as are Bilstiens. I drive on hiways. very little off road so I would like to get that new car road feel again not something real stiff and rigid. Kind of like when it was new. So what the best from you guy's perspective. Thanks.
