I have a 1992 GMC jimmy throttle body with a 4.3 v6.the brakes have quit

working on it.? I have changed the master cylinder and changed the brake fluid.It dont appear to be leaking any and it dose not make a bad sound when i try to stop it.i pushed the petal to the floor and it wont stop at all.
