i have changed the fuel filter. when i did,i found that the fuel bowl was almost empty. i checked fuses, replaced the fuel pump relay and still nothing. i ran jumpers to the fuel pump and it turns on but the truck still wont start.is there another fuel pump or another relay or somthing else i can check? its my first TD and im getting a baptism by fire LOL thanks for the help.... steve s
