I need to disconnect the horn on a 1985 gmc suburban?

well what happens is sometimes when i make turns the horn blares loudly it annoys me because im honking at people and its embarrassing
i just need to find the fuse to the horn and dc it i ha vent had the car long and i dint know much about em please help if you had a pic itd be nice too thanks Alto

find the fuse box diagram in your owners manual, find the fuse for the horn, find the fuse box (on an 85, it may be by your feet on drivers side or under the hood, on my 85 nissan it's in the cab) there should be a pair of fuse pullers in the fuse box, find the fuse that is labeled as the same number as the horn fuse in the diagram, pull it, place it somewhere you won't lose it, and happy driving.
