I replaced the temperature sensor in my 03 GMC sonoma but I don't know

if i have installed it correctly? When I star the car it seems i needs more fuel and battery is not charging correctly can anybody help me with this? Do i need to reinstall it?

Try cleaning your throttle body to address your starting issue and your alternator's voltage regulator may be getting lazy and your going to have to replace the alternator in the soon future.

Keep us posted and also replace your fuel filter if it has not been replaced yet. Start with these simple things and we can go from here if your starting issue has not gotten better.
