Ign run on/ trans limp mode 95 3500

I have changed the ign harness twice and still have a problem. It sets no codes. It's intermittent. I turn the truck off(95 gmc 454)and the ignition runs a second or 2 longer. When that happens it throws the trans into limp mode. I unhook the battery and it resets and drives fine until I turn it off and try to restart. Any ideas???

if you mean the engine runs on after you turn off the key , I think that means you have a few injectors leaking
