I have a 2002 1500 5.3. li with start problems. When the key is turned, nothing happens except all the bells,lights etc activate. I have had @ GM dealer three times with the following results 1)no code..stated the connection @ the starter was cleaned & then the vehicle started 2)no code.. replaced the ignition 3) no code...stated nothing could be found wrong. I have learned that if the key is turned fully & held for 3-4 secs it will finally start. Today was the fourth time I have had this problem. Called the GM dealer & they stated thay could find nothing wrong. HELP!!!! Three tow bills & three COSTLY trips to a dealer with no results. Any ideas???
