Would like to get rid of silly remote oil filter design that is continually leaking. It is only by the grace of god that I didn't take out the motor twice when the lines blew on me. Have tried both replacing & fixing lines but they keep leaking. So I was wondering if there was a changeup kit to put it back on the block where unfortunately it should be anyways or at least in my inexperienced opinion. If anyone has any opinion or advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!!

The oil leaks where the OEM compression clamps are at the end of the hose to the metal line from the engine block. The simple fix is to remove the stock compression clamp which is just crimped in place.

To remove the OEM crimped compression clamps, your going to have to cut it out. But you need to take care as to not to damage the hose it self. Once your cut the clamps out, just replace it with a compression clamp. Not a hose clamp, a compression clamp. http://www.fixya.com/cars/t4133813-oil_cooler_lines_leaking

Sorry Molson02536 I've been busy and just got back on the site tonite. Thanks so much for your quick reply and your help. The links you gave are very useful as well. I will definitely give the compression clamp a try(I only used a hose clamp when I fixed it the first time). Thanks again your advice was greatly appreciated.
