jimmy body lift tech question

ok as ive been reading around and did some research some things have not answerd my questions about a 2 inch body lift. i wanna know what some of the issues when doing this mod and what needs to be changed. also will the factory steering shaft work with the lift or does it need to be changed or moded

I am also looking for information to use a 3 inch lift on my 96 2 door. (have the blocks and nothing else) So far I found the below. I have not gone over the whole thing yet because I will not be doing mine until I can figure out my 4wd issue. It's one thing after another on these rigs.
