Hello, i recently tried to add a key fob to my 95 sierra 1500. it had one a while ago but i sweat through it and never got around to replacing it. i bought a oem one off of ebay. it is the same as my old one. when i try to put the truck into programming mode, it wont. I have the 12 pin dlc. I tried grounding all the pins (sepratley). the instructions said pin h was to be grounded. ( bottom row second from driver door). it never locks and unlocks the doors after this to indicate lock mode. instead i hear a wooshing noise ( possibly the fan) and then nothing happens. Any ideas on what could be wrong? all the fuses are good.
