Has anyone installed a Readylift 2" front leveling kit. Any problems or concerns?

How about other brand kits?

I bought a "spacer" on ebay from a guy who had a few made. It was a simple installation because it went on the bottom of the shock. I just had to remove the wheel and take out 2 bolts and slip the spacer under the shock and install 2 longer bolts. Took me longer to take the wheel off. Oh I did this 5 months ago when I got my 2008 and I didn't even have to get the front aligned.

How many inches did this space raise the front end?

I didn't measure it but the guy who made them claimed that the 2" spacer would raise the front end 3". I wanted it because the truck looks funny with the front lower then the rear. Also because I put a plow on it I wanted it to be level. It did the trick.

I purchased a leveling kit from summit racing and I had a pain with the torsion keys because there is a special tool you need to release the tension that they have. You can do it without the tool but on the safe side its just easier with the tool. 2" leveling kit from summit raised my front end 2.5"

I've seen good and bad posts with the ruffcountry leveling kit

Check out http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=87684&hl=level, on this site a couple guys are finding rattling/banging issues after just a short period of time. I personally looked at the location and size of the hardware that the Ruff Country came with, and stayed away from it, price was right but seemed cheap being made of plastic. I went with http://www.suspensionmaxx.com/ it's price point is higher but materials and location of the spacers sold me, I've had it on my truck for approx. just over 20,000 kms with no problems. Just know that after any leveling kit a front end alignment should be done at a quality shop, that you trust.

I put a Rough country leveling kit on my 01. I have no issues, it was easy to install and I've been riding on it daily for 6 months.

Here are before and after pics of my 08 sierra. I bought my kit of e-bay from summit engineering.
