I have a 2007 Sierra SLE with the stock radio (AM/FM, CD, MP3 input). This is not the premium radio (Bose) nor does it have XM availability.
I would like to upgrade to a OEM Navigation radio or at least upgrade to the OEM radio that has XM capability.
What all would upgrading to the Nav. radio entail? Is it as simple as buying the upgraded radio and plugging in or is additional wiring, etc involved?
If you can help, please advise........
