97 Safari with chrome factory wheels and center caps held on by black plastic lug nut covers. Repeatedly fall off. Bought new ones but they will not thread onto the lugs and can't secure hubcap. Anyone know what the problem is here? Chrome stamped steel cover warped/ bent? Lug nut covers will not thread on. Thanks
