Have 2000 Sonoma 4.3 vortec. Started with check engine light code PO101 MAF sensor . Cleared 2x came back performance comprimised cutting out like it had bad gas. Replaced MAF with used at wreckers no good still DTC code PO101 tried another Maf sensor, issue still performed poorlly like bad gas cutting out a little, no alarm any more (PO101). Next replaced fuel filter was plugged, no improvement in performance.Also seemed to make no difference on any cleaning attempts to sensors, still bad performance progessively got worse rpms dropped can't get passed 30kms up to 2nd gear only. This only happened after each drive attempt to test always performing the same, poorly. Is this Limp Mode and how do you get out of this mode. Again no DTC codes just now won"t let me get pass 30kms or 2nd and cuts out while attempting to try. Have done alot of research all talking about this Limp Mode but no remedy . Please help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou!
