My Headlights always on. DRL dont come on. Help@?

So my headlights are always on. makes the instrument cluster dim and taillights are on. its like my sensor is in the dark all the time. yet where the sensor is supposed to be. there is no sensor. so can someone tell me how it is supposed to be ran or installed so maybe i can find it. i want to install HID's but dont want them on all the time.. so can anyone help me?!

Dont know i.opend the radio bezellooked back and saw the hole but no sensor. Where does it plug in maybe i can see if thrres a sensor even there
