My husband accidently pulled the E-Brake Lever out of our 1992 GMC sonoma.

Where can we find a replacement? The handle that you pull to release the e-brake came out and he lost it. So now (sooo okie haha) he has a little piece of rope tied to it to pull to release the brake. Where do we find a replacement handle?
