My Jimmy will not turn over what could it be

I have a 95 jimmy 4.3 l v6 I have pleanty of battery but it will not turn over and the starter wont even click or even start to engage is there a fuse some where that is possibly blown or a module I am completely stumped. please help

Sounds like you could have a faulty starter solenoid or starter it self. Check the wires to your starter before replacing it, it could be a simple wire that may have corroded off your starter. If you have a tiny hammer, tap the starter, TAP not HIT the starter and then try starting the engine. Hope it fires up, this might get the solenoid to work if it's bad.

It is not the starter I checked it out at autozone I think it is the ignition switch but I could be wrong I have been before but I will never admitt that to my WIFE lol
