How do I insert the Nav DVD? It doesn't seem to work in front cd slot. Is there another insertion point? If so where?

Larry - what’s going on with your CD slot? Is it not reading the Nav DVD or will it not physically accept the DVD?

I am fairly certain I bought the wrong DVD (was advertised as working for my model but doesn't) It accepts DVD but won't read it. I am working on getting the correct disk (p/n 15792651) for my Envoy. If you could double check? 1GKET63M472208660
