i have a 95 jimmy. i replaced the encoder motor on the transfer case, the vacuum switch, and the 4x4 switch inside but im still not getting any 4x4. i have no vacuum to the actuator at all and my hoses seem fine(no dry rot). my jimmy wont try to engage into 4x4 at all while moving it has to be stopped and in neutral. even then both 4hi and 4 low lights blink and then go off. the 2hi lights comes on and goes off when it wants too.
