i have a completly stock 99 gmc jimmy sl and i have 31's on her right now and only the front tires rub when i crank them all the way left/right. if you were to crank your torsion bars in the front and install a rear shackle lift in the back it should give you an extra 2"s of lift, plus a 2" body lift would give you 4"s of lift total. offset rims or wheel spacers should solve the rubbing problem when turning.heres 2 different body lifts depending on your vehicle:
