Hi, i just joined today and im happy to have joined. I drive a 06 GMC Sierra i bought stock and started my mods to it. Swapped out my suspension to a 2500, added a leveling kit, added 34" MT tires on 18 rockstars, with throttle body spacer, intake, and tuning kit, and a few other mods. Ive worked on quite a few trucks so if i can help or have any info i am always willing to help out seeing how i know how big of a pain some things can be. Hope to learn and help some of you guys out...

Also from southern Wisconsin,

I hope to get some help, I have changed out my motor (350) from a 87 throttle body, and put it in my old 85 4x4 truck both GMC, put the elderbrack carb on (4 barrel) electronic dist with coil pack, had to put on a inline fuel pump ( carter from Napa) 5to 7 pounds, its what they said.
it started up , but it flutters at idle, it has good response on ecceleration, loops at idle and rough in gear at low idle, burns very rich burns your eyes when your behind the truck. Is there something with the throttle body and the switch that I need to do.

are you running a fuel pressure reg. You can buy adjustable ones cheep. Carb motors only want about 3 pounds of fuel pressure.
