I just bought my 08 sierra crewcab 4.8, its a nice truck. but I have a few ?'s my tranny temp gauge gets to 180 degrees w/o towing is that normal for these trucks i would think that rather high. Also am thinking of doing a PCM and TCM upgrade with nelson preformance. I really dont ever beat on my trucks at all just in quick bursts if i do. will the pcm and tcm upgrade shorten the life of my truck?
