hello all. just picked up a 94 SIERRA 4x4 with 165500 kms here in B.C. Canada. new rebuilt trans and posi rearend. definitely been well used and possibly an accident (two shades of teal paint.) but I am two months divorced and lost my 1 ton Dodge diesel and travel trailer so I cant be too picky.

Anyhoo, wondered what best way of lifting these older GMCs is. it has overloads in rear already and sits with bit of a rake. would like it level and enough room for atleast 33's. more research i do I think these can look and perform pretty good.

Thanks guys, I know how helpful the dudes on Cummins forum were, Im sure you guys are same. look forward to talkin to ya.

Lift

Really depends on how much u want to spend. If on a budget could install 2in coil spring lift at about fourth to fifty bucks. I recommend installing lift spindles at 3 to 4 inches for about three to four hundred and realign all four wheels check angle on rear end . If wanting the rear done as well simple lift shackles or blocks would be fine . Make sure while there to check those brakes and drums for pad thickness and leaks. If running those 33's . Those rear end outer axles seals are common to leak just to let u know.
