Hello all, new to the thread and still looking around. I am sure this question has been asked many times before as this seems to be an issue with GMC products, etc.

2004 GMC Sierra - My AC will work then after a while start blowing hot air on the drivers' side and now is moving to the passenger side not getting any cool at all. Will start it up again and it will work again for awhile.

While I was working on this problem, now my blower will only work on the highest setting on both hot and cold.

With the first problem I feel I could replace air temp/blend door actuator but now I need to know what the fix would be for both air vents to cool and how to fix the blower.

When looking for parts - what is the best place to get the correct parts number?

If this has been discussed, please refer me to the discussion thread. ANY input would be greatly appreciated.

for the fan problem
my wifes 04 trailblazer I have replaced the fan resister twice, ( auto zone life time warrenty)
it is located in the a/c air obx under the glove compartment
the plug got so hot that it is melted and deformed but I made it work
