newby need help rough idle please

have searched and searched my 93 has 140,000 miles runs good when you go down the road but idles rough replaced egr valve new tune up

have read about fuel injectors and fuel regulator but no one has said if it fixed problem

4.3 v6 vortec engine
if i missed a post that explains how to fix it sorry but I need to get this fixed thank you in advance
