I have an '02 Sierra 177,000km on it. Had some sputtering and shaking starting the truck the last few days, not sure what it was. Possibly the Canadian cold, same results starting the truck this morning. However when driving, I had full loss of power (not electrical at all) to my truck. Tried restarting after pulling over and the truck turns over but does not start, or if it does it's dead again instantly. Spark plugs? fuel pump? maybe the ignition somehow. Curious what's going on with my truck. Any help would be great. Thanks GM folks

sounds like its out of gas. i would check fuel pump.

I just traded off my '02 with about 167,000 miles. About a year and a half ago I used to have a similar problem when it was humid or rainy. Found out the intake manifold gasket was being replaced with a new OEM part for some time. Had that done, and it resolved my problem.
