No pin 13 on obd2 port for tccm self test?

I have read everywhere that you can get error codes for the tccm without a tech 2 scanner by grounding pin 13 and watching the 4x4 buttons. My obd2 port has nothing in pin 13 and there are no other wires behind it that could have fallen out of the port. does this mean i cant self test mine? its a 99 jimmy with the 4 button autotrac.

You sure you on the #13 OBD port. Here is a link that should help clear which on is #13.

im positive im looking at the right one. Plus i just got a 99 blazer with autotrac for parts for the jimmy and it doesn't have anything in pin 13 either?
