noob with a question

First off I wanna say I'm happy to be part of this forum . My 96 soon.a 2.2 is occasionally showing its running hot but engine doesn't seem to be .. I just bought it and I even have receipts of new radiator thermo state and other items. What could be my problem. Thanks in advance

It appears previous owner had same problem. Temp sender may be bad.

It kept getting worse and it ended up being bad head gasket. Its in the shop now
