Today I changed the oil on my 2015 Canyon. Half way through the oil change I realized I bought Mobil 1 5W-30 Full Synthetic High Mileage instead of 5W-30 Full Synthetic-Dexos. Question is what is the difference and in the grand scheme of things does it make all that much of a difference? Can I get by until next oil change using just the full synthetic without Dexos.
