Onstar…anyone who didn’t signup for Onstar on their Sierra, have a problem with a message continually popping up on their screens stating this application requires a connected services subscription to use, during start?

yep....2024 Sierra SLT....won't go away until you sign up for something! I tried everything...even calling OnStar...they said they couldn't do anything. I finally caved in! So, you basically sign up for another phone line and get the same service as your goggle maps on your phone. I'll get an embedded navigation system next time. Wish the dealership word have told me about this! Would have been a game changer!

I had it figured out so all of those annoying notifications stopped but I honestly am not sure how. I was relentless with tweaking settings and notifications, and calling OnStar as well as GM Connection. They all pretend like they don't know what we're talking about. The bad news (for me) is that my Infotainment system went randomly haywire the other day and required a factory reset, which reset the annoying popups now. I can't get rid of them again. This, along with quite a list of other annoying things about this Chevy Colorado, have deterred me from EVER buying another GM vehicle. This lemon is getting traded in for a Ford or something else later this year.
