Paint on hood of 2016 GMCSierra 2500 pealing off

So I bought this truck brand new in 2016 and have kept it emaculate with only 57,000 miles
Not a scratch or ding anywhere.
Went to drive it at 2pm 12/27/22 and noticed a large pieces of paint on the ground when I looked at the hood the entire hood was spider webbed
And paint popping up when I started driving it the paint started blowing off the entire hood
Took it to the dealer
The sent the issue to customer care I was told it’s out of warranty and and GM would pay $86.00 out of the $800 repair
What a joke the paint pealed off right to the metal
Primer and paint blew off driving down the road

Very Very disappointed with GM

Went to the dealer and they contacted customer
Was told GM would pay $86 on a $800 dollar repair
What a joke obviously this was a factory flaw
and they are only going to pay $86 what a joke
Very disappointed with GM
