Hey guys,, I have a 98 GMC. The passager side door handle (outside) was broken. I took the door panel off to replace the handle and removed the screws on the inner metal panel and lowered it about half way down to get to the handle rods. Everything was going back together good until I went to put the metal side panel back on. It doesn't want to go up back into place.. Any help or tips from someone would be GREAT..
