passenger rear sagging

i have a 1999 GMC sierra extended cab 2 wheel drive and the the day i was backing up out of my drive way and when i went forward i heard a loud clunk so i thought my tailgate feel down but i didn't and now the passenger side sits an inch and a half lower then the driver side i dont have any broken springs not sure what it could be

did you check the shackles where the leaf springs attach to the frame ?
could have a busted bolt..?

shackles look good and the bolts look fine none broken or missing

do the bolts look centered on the spring eyelet and shackle may have lost a bushing
look at the springs do they both look arced the same
while you are looking at the spring have someone jump up n down on the bumper that may expose the crack in the broken spring or you may see something not right

Maybe a broken shock or shock mount?
