pcv valve location?

I have an 08 sierra 1500, there's no emissions diagram under the hood; can anybody tell me where the pcv valve is located.

No pcv valve, as a replaceable component, but a calibrated opening in the rear of the driver's side valve cover. There's a hose connected to it that runs up to the intake manifold body.

thank you, so I take it this is something that you can't or doesn't need replaced unlike a traditional pcv valve?

you can remove hose and clean it. The pcv is now called a fixed orifice
