Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum, this is my first post! I have a '94 GMC Suburban with a 5.7L in it. Whenever I am in 4WD, occasionally I will hear a loud clunk. It usually happens when I first start to go, or I'm backing up. I just had the transfer case replaced with a rebuilt one from cousineau auto last year. It sounds like a chain skipping. I have replaced all the ball joints, the front diff, the drive shaft with u-joints. I've just about given up to find out what it is. Other then a small oil leak from the rear main this truck is a great runner. Just want to fix this one issue. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
