Power from overhead console?

I want to power my dashcam and Radar detector from the overhead console. Is there a way I can get 12v from there?

I know it's possible, my brother has his radar wired through the rear view mirror. I believe a company did it in Houston so not sure of the details, but def can be done.

I have a 2002 Sierra and I was able to power my CB from the power to the lights in the overhead console. I think it was only one or two screws to lower the console.
